I work with students as young as three up to adults. I am available for in-person coaching in Sydney, Australia, or virtual coaching!

Q: Are you the right teacher for me?
This is something we can figure out together! The reason I offer a consultation is to discuss what you want out of your sessions and how I can best help you.
Q: What’s the difference between a private coaching and going to a group class?
Group classes are great! I attend and teach many myself. If you are looking to achieve more in a shorter amount of time, if you have very specific goals, or desire more individualised training, I recommend private sessions
Q: Can I switch from a single session to a five- or ten-pack?
Yes! If you loved your first session and would like to book more, I can charge you the difference and the first session will be included in the pack.
Q: Do you offer group sessions for adults?
Yes! I am able to offer workshop-style sessions and pricing depends on how many students, how long and how often. Shoot me a message and I’ll send you a quote.
Q: What is a sliding scale?
